Regional Test Controller

Job DescriptionAre you a multi-skilled and dedicated professional? Do you consider yourself a dedicated and a multi-faceted individual? We want to hear from you for our role as a Regional Test Controller (RTC) with Redline Assured Security!You must be capable of planning, briefing, delegating and conducting professional quality assurance Testing at various establishments throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. You must also be proficient in MS Office and be capable of writing reports. The position will report directly to the Covert Test (CT) Manager.This position carries significant responsibility, requiring both diligence and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of testing and compliance are carried out in accordance with client Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and test requirements.You will be required to lead a team consisting of at least one Team Member (TM) and you should ensure that all TM’s are conducting themselves in a professional manner. In addition, you will assist in the training and mentoring of any new TC or TMs to ensure they meet the required standards. You are to ensure that reports are compiled on the completion of testing which will then be Quality Assurance checked in line with company policy.
