Regional Trainer

Experienced Regional Trainer required to deliver induction and mandatory training program across a portfolio of premium residential care homes.

This is a fixed term contract for 12months offered with a salary of up to £45,000pa plus mileage and expenses.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded and successful elderly care provider where you'll be working closely with the care homes located across the North East region from Durham to Leeds.

Requirements:

• Experienced social care trainer with good knowledge across all mandatory subjects.
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence
• The ideal candidate will be qualified with PTLLS / L3 or above in education and training and a Diploma / NVQ in Health and Social Care.

Key responsibilities:

• To deliver and evaluate a range of face-to-face training and induction topics to care home employees.
• To promote an inclusive and positive learning culture within the group, with a focus on the transfer of learning into practice and continuous professional development.
• To deliver learning opportunities and experiences which have a positive impact on employees and contribute to the delivery of the highest standards of care and support to residents.

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

• up to £45,000pa DOE
• All business mileage paid
• 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
