📍 Location: Manchester (Covering the North and Midlands)

💰 Pay: £32,000-£34,000 DOE + £6,500 Car Allowance

📅 Hours: Monday – Friday

As a Regional Trainer, you’ll do far more than deliver courses — you’ll be at the heart of developing skills, building competence, and elevating performance across multiple security teams. In this role, your influence as a Regional Trainer will directly shape the quality of service our people provide, empowering individuals to grow, excel, and reach their full potential.

From analysing learning needs and delivering tailored training, to coaching staff and supporting wider development strategies, you’ll play a vital part in driving operational excellence. What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions across multiple sites in line with Securitas standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments to support development planning.
• Support competency development and maintenance for security personnel.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure records remain compliant.
• Engage with site management teams to support coaching, capability building, and professional development.
• Ensure consistency and quality in training delivery across the region.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert for training-related matters.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

Essential

• Right to work in the UK with 5 years of checkable history.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel and stay overnight during the working week
• Experience delivering Door Supervisor, Security Guard, and CCTV training to SIA standards.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent (e.g., PtLLS).
• Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent (e.g., A1, D32).
• Up to date Physical Intervention training qualification.
• Up to date First Aid at Work Qualification.
• Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with various management teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Demonstrable occupational competence within the past ten years in topics taught, at an excellent standard.
• The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
• Minimum Level 3 IOSH Certificate.

Desirable

• NEBOSH qualification.
• Level 3 or higher Spectator Safety qualification.
• Mental Health First Aid Trainer qualification.
• V1 – Internal Verifier qualification.
• Port Facilities Security Officer qualification.
