On offer is the chance to join a friendly, close-knit team, as an Operations Manager. You will have the chance to fill a senior role, with real responsibility, ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of crucial company sites, liaising with multiple clients.

In this role you will manage operations across multiple sites, oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with SIA, ACS, ICO and relevant health and safety legislation. You will oversee and deliver training for team members, alongside supporting business growth and maintaining the high standard expected from this exemplary company.

The ideal candidate must have either military or police experience, if not the application will not be considered. As well as this a valid SIA licence is essential. Experience in a similar role within the security industry will also be a great boost to any candidate in the process. If the candidate has an understanding of compliance and health and safety regulations, they will really stand out from the crowd.

The Role

• Ensuring compliance and the maintenance of company standards
• Conduct site visits and ensure employees training is maintained to the acceptable standard
• Support business growth and conduct site and risk assessments

The Person

• Military or Police experience, alongside a valid SIA License is essential
• Proven experience in managing operations across multiple sites
• Clean UK driving license and a strong understanding of health and safety, risk assessments and regulatory compliance
