Ready to lead an established service and make a real impact? Forest Care Selection is recruiting a Registered Branch Manager for a well-established community care and supported living service in Manchester.

You’ll lead an established branch and staff team delivering specialist care and support to people with a Learning Disability across Greater Manchester.

What you’ll do

* Lead the day-to-day running of an established service, maintaining compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

* Drive recruitment, training and administration across the branch.

* Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and families.

* Use effective auditing to raise standards and deliver continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

* Experience holding registration for community care or supported living services.

* A track record of developing services to Good ratings.

* Experience leading specialist Learning Disability or Autism services preferred.

* Level 5 Health and Social Care or an equivalent leadership qualification.
