We are a small, dedicated domiciliary care provider in Manchester, seeking a Registered Manager who can drive quality, growth, and excellence in care delivery. With a close-knit team of 5 committed staff, we pride ourselves on offering compassionate, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes.

What you'll be doing as Registered Care Manager:

Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the service

Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards

Supporting, developing, and growing a small care team

Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals

Taking responsibility for care planning, risk assessments, and service improvement

What we're looking for in the Registered Care Manager:

Previous experience in a managerial or senior role within domiciliary care

A dynamic and supportive leadership style

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks

A proactive, can-do attitude with strong organisational skills
