Are you an experienced care manager looking for the opportunity to lead and grow a home care service?
We're seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to oversee and develop a domiciliary care branch in Batley. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, drive service growth, and deliver outstanding care within your local community.

About the Branch
* Established home care service based in Batley * Supporting adults to remain independent in their own homes * CQC regulated service * Strong focus on quality, compliance, and person-centred care * Backed by an experienced and supportive leadership team
About the Role
* Lead the day-to-day operation of the service * Maintain CQC registration and regulatory compliance * Recruit, develop, and support care staff * Build relationships with clients, families, professionals, and the local community * Drive growth and service development * Ensure high standards of care delivery and operational performance * Monitor quality, safeguarding, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Previous management experience within health or social care * Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or working towards * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
