We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of a new domiciliary care branch in Poynton. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the service from day one, building a high-performing team, establishing a strong local presence, and delivering outstanding person-centred care within the community.

You'll take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while driving business growth, service quality, and operational excellence.

About the Role

Lead the launch and development of a new domiciliary care branch
Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance from day one
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes
Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community
Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation
Take full responsibility for branch performance, quality, compliance, and operational excellence
Foster a positive, supportive culture focused on exceptional care delivery

Requirements

Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
