Your Impact:
Set the standard: Oversee daily operations of a residential children's home, ensuring Ofsted compliance and outstanding care.

Lead with vision: Mentor and develop a team of caregivers, fostering a culture of trauma-informed practice and positive role modeling.

Drive therapeutic care: Collaborate with a dedicated Head of Therapy to implement tailored care plans that address emotional, social, and educational needs.

Build stability: Create a safe, homely environment where children feel valued, with homes designed to the highest standards.

Champion progress: Liaise with families, schools, and agencies to ensure holistic support and measurable outcomes for every child.

Your Experience:
* 5+ years in children's residential care, including 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Registered Manager).

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (England) and NVQ Level 3 in Children's Workforce.

* EBD Experience is a must

* Proven Ofsted success: Recent "Good" or "Outstanding" inspection ratings under your leadership.

* Resilience & compassion: Ability to balance regulatory demands with child-centered, therapeutic approaches.
