Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Children’s Residential Manager to lead the opening and ongoing management of a new 3–4 bed children’s residential home in Fishponds, Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, experienced leader to take full responsibility for launching and shaping a new service supporting up to 4 children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

* Register with and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations

* Lead the setup and day-to-day management of a new children’s residential home

* Provide strong and effective leadership to the staff team

* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and outcomes for young people

* Develop and implement individualised care plans

* Manage budgets, staffing, and operational requirements

* Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children with EBD

* Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Registered Manager role (essential)

* NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards

* Proven experience supporting children with EBD

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
