Registered Fostering Manager - Therapeutic IFA

Location: Home-Based with travel across Midlands and Oxfordshire region

Salary: £66,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + 30 Days AL + Family Health Insurance

A well-established Independent Fostering Agency (IFA), rated Good by Ofsted and known for its supportive, family-feel culture, is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and support a committed, therapeutically-trained team across the Midlands and Oxfordshire regions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Ofsted registration and ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive service development and improve outcomes for young people
• Lead and manage a team of social workers, team manager, assessors, and admin support.
• Oversee operations across multiple regions

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
• Strong fostering sector experience (IFA preferred)
• Ofsted Registered Manager experience or readiness to register
• Confident in staff supervision, service development & legislation
• Motivated, creative and child-centred leader
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
