We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential care home catering to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents, ensuring their well-being and fostering a nurturing environment.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin

• Experience in a leadership role - will consider those looking for progression.

As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the care home, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices.

• Leading and providing unwavering support to a team of care staff, offering guidance, comprehensive training, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident, fostering personal growth and independence.

• Maintaining open and effective communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive care environment.

• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, proactively identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes to enhance residents' quality of life.

• Managing the budget and resources of the care home, optimizing efficiency while upholding an unwavering standard of care.
