Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a specialist residential service for adults aged 18+ with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape a person-centred environment where every individual is supported to thrive.

This is a purpose-led, welcoming home where people with complex needs are supported by a dedicated, highly trained team. The service is committed to creating a safe, empowering space where residents can live meaningful and fulfilled lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality of life for those supported. The role requires a strong leader who is values-driven and committed to delivering excellent outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or Service Manager

  • Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care

  • Ensure the service meets all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards

  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
