Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a specialist residential service for adults aged 18+ with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality of life for those supported. The role requires a strong leader who is values-driven and committed to delivering excellent outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or Service Manager

• Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
