Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead a small, specialised residential home for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Located in a warm and welcoming setting, the service is dedicated to helping each resident grow, thrive, and achieve personal milestones through positive behavioural support (PBS), encouragement, and person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For
Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Previous experience as a Registered or Residential Home Manager supporting people with learning disabilities and complex care needs
A solid understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining high-quality standards
Confident managing budgets, staff rotas, and operational responsibilities
Skilled in motivating teams and building strong, trusting relationships
Commitment to inclusive, person-led care and PBS principles

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a close-knit team to deliver high-quality, personalised care

Support residents to develop life skills, independence, and confidence
Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and audits
Champion a culture of learning and PBS-driven support
Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external professionals
Manage recruitment, training, and development of the team
Promote the service through marketing and community engagement
