Our client is expanding in the area and is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a high-quality care home as part of this exciting growth.
With new homes planned and an established reputation for compassionate, person-centred care, this is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who combines clinical or operational expertise with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for delivering excellent outcomes for older adults.
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful running of a care home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the home’s culture and team, while also overseeing its performance and reputation within the community.

What They’re Looking For
Nursing qualification with active NMC registration, or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager – Residential or Nursing
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations with a track record of Good or Outstanding ratings
Business and marketing acumen with experience in the private care sector
Confident, supportive leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
Committed to continuous improvement and best practice in older adult care
Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the care home team
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings
Deliver high standards of residential, nursing or dementia care in line with best practice
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and quality assurance
Manage occupancy, budgets, and staffing levels effectively
Lead marketing and community engagement to promote the service locally
Drive performance and maintain a commercially successful environment
Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports both residents and staff
