Registered Home Manager – Lead a High-Quality Care Home with a Growing Provider

£65,000 Salary Bonus Scheme

Our client is expanding in the area and is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a high-quality care home as part of this exciting growth.

With new homes planned and an established reputation for compassionate, person-centred care, this is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who combines clinical or operational expertise with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for delivering excellent outcomes for older adults.

As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful running of a care home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the home’s culture and team, while also overseeing its performance and reputation within the community.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a rewarding leadership position with scope to influence service development, contribute to wider organisational growth, and progress in their own career.

What They’re Looking For

  • Nursing qualification with active NMC registration, or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager – Residential or Nursing

  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations with a track record of Good or Outstanding ratings

  • Business and marketing acumen with experience in the private care sector

  • Confident, supportive leader with excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Committed to continuous improvement and best practice in older adult care

  • Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the care home team

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings

  • Deliver high standards of residential, nursing or dementia care in line with best practice

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and quality assurance

  • Manage occupancy, budgets, and staffing levels effectively

  • Lead marketing and community engagement to promote the service locally

  • Drive performance and maintain a commercially successful environment

  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports both residents and staff
