Registered Home Manager

You will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young person’s individual journey. Edgecote House supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  
• At least 2 years’ recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children’s Home
  
• Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child -centred approach
  
• Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and legislation
  
• A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
  
• The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  
• Full UK Driving Licence
