About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager in Llanrwst, Conwy, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, maintaining compliance with SCW standards, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. You will foster a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and supported. The manager will implement and uphold best practices, promote continuous improvement, and lead a team of dedicated care staff and healthcare professionals.
Key Duties
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding residential and nursing care in Llanrwst, Conwy
* Ensure compliance with SCW regulations and standards
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain high care standards

Candidate Requirements
* Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Proven experience in a home management role within the healthcare sector

* Ability to manage operational and financial aspects effectively
