The Opportunity As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for residents and staff alike. * Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

About You

* Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager, Deputy Manager or senior care leader.

* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards.

* Proven leadership and people management experience.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.

* RGN qualification beneficial but not essential.
