Your new role
As Registered Home Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the lives of vulnerable children. This role is seeking a dynamic leader who can inspire excellence within the team, ensuring each child receives the exceptional care and support they deserve.

Leadership and Team Empowerment:

Nurture your team whilst empowering them, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion
Operational Excellence:

Overseeing the seamless day-to-day operations of the home, co-ordinating care for managing staff schedules and well-being.
Championing Quality Care:

Overseeing assessments, personalised care planning and monitoring which directly impacts the quality of life for children
Regulatory Compliance Mastery:

Keep up to date with the latest regulations set by CIW and SCW. Upholding the highest standard of care and the delivery of such.
Collaborative Approach:

Working with DASHH (Develop Assist Support Holistically Healthily) team to provide expert therapeutic support, enhancing the overall well-being of the children

What you'll need to succeed
QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care with a preferred specific qualification for CYP (Children and Young People)

Experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Welsh legislation and regulations
