What You’ll Bring:

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management)

• Proven leadership experience within a care home or similar setting

• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care home regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A natural ability to lead with compassion, clarity, and integrity

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full operational management of the home

• Manage budgets, compliance, and record-keeping with diligence and care
