This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established, quality-focused care provider where you’ll have the autonomy, support and opportunity to make a real difference.

You’ll lead the service, develop your team, drive high standards and ensure your clients receive outstanding, person-centred care.

We’re looking for:

Experienced Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (preferred)
Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
Full UK driving licence
