Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Performance Related Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time Days

Join a leading care provider with 50+ homes and big plans for 2025! We're seeking a registered manager with NVQ Level 5 and residential care experience. The home supports elderly residents with dementia, respite, and general care.

The ideal registered manager will have a track record of good CQC results and the ability to maintain them.

Registered Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care
• Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse
• Manage all aspects of risk for service users
• Ensure proper medication management and documentation
• Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks
• Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
• Assess and meet residents' dietary needs
• Promote and organise social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Must be a CQC Registered Manager
• NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
