Job Description - Registered Manager

Registered Manager

Opportunity for a a Registered Manager to work on a Permanent Contract, Based across Northamptonshire  We're seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead our Home in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the lives creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where they can thrive!

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Providing strong leadership and management to a dedicated team of residential support workers.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to the needs of each person.
  • Creating a positive and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development
  • Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring the smooth running
  • Building strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and healthcare professionals.
  • Leading and managing inspections.
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare
Qualifications

  • You hold a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
The role will be on a Full Time - Permanent Contract
