Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care)

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving domiciliary care service in Cirencester. This is a great opportunity for a pro-active and forward thinking Manager who can support who wants to be part of a constantly evolving company that is excelling on what they do. Over the last 5 years, they’ve established themselves a quality focused provide, delivering traditional homecare, overnight calls and live-in care in order to support vulnerable adults across the Cotswolds who want to remain living at home.

On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience with scope for salary progression and career development.

As a Registered Manager you’ll….

• You’ll work closely with the owner to manage and develop their homecare / live-in care and supported living services, ensuring that they continue to build their excellent reputation for delivering high quality services that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
• You’ll lead and support the staff team, ensuring regular supervision, appraisal and training needs are met.
• Working with the owner to expire new revenue streams and develop a supported living offering (contracts already in pace, ready to grow)
• Ensure a steady stream of new care staff are recruited and trained
• Ensure that care is delivered in line with CQC and regulatory requirements

Please apply if…

• You’re an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with a background in leading domiciliary care / homecare, complex care at home or supported living services in the community
• You have strong skills in growing and building a business, whilst maintaining quality and consistency for their existing clients.
• You have good knowledge of CQC standards
• You’re a driver with own vehicle
