Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for one of our exclusive clients. They are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young adults with autism and learning difficulties. They have an outstanding team who delivers exceptional care to all service users, and they invest in their people to foster their personal and professional growth.

Role Description: Recruiting for an experienced registered manager to open a new home in South Manchester, leading a team of approximately 20 people, promoting a strong safeguarding culture and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all governing body regulations are met.
• Policy Adherence: Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Team Development: Develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Service Enrichment: Focus on enriching the lives of the people we support.
• Managerial Duties: Oversee compliance, leadership, health and safety, and other managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Ideally, an experienced registered manager in a similar environment.
• Education: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Skills: Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality care, ability to lead and develop a large team, and alignment with our core values.
