Registered Manager

Location: Full-time, Southport
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 (DOE)

As a Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of the service, ensuring CQC compliance, driving team performance, and expanding service delivery. You'll be working with an award-winning, diverse team and will have access to top-tier tools and a supportive network.

• 2+ years in a management/supervisory role in health and social care

• Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service

• Leadership and team-building skills

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards & care regulations

• Ideally, you're already a Registered Manager in domiciliary care

• Full UK Driving Licence preferred

• Ensure compliance with CQC and exceed care quality standards

• Manage staff, scheduling, and care coordination

• Build partnerships with commissioners, families, and other stakeholders

• Drive service development and team excellence

• Participate in on-call duties when needed

• Up to £40,000 salary
