NonStop Care are working with a newly established EBD Children's home in the Southeast of London, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their Service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered manager and will be keen to join this new service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.

Requirements:

• Residential childcare management experience
• Up to date DBS
• Level 5 management qualification in Residential Childcare
• Experience working as a Registered Manager with EBD experience
