We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take overall responsibility for the effective operation, management, and development of our service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with social care experience who is ready to grow alongside us. The successful candidate will benefit from biannual pay increases and a clear pathway into senior management within a few years.

About the Role:

• Liverpool Based - Hybrid working model

• Specialising in semi-independent living support

• Registered Manager overseeing up to 3 homes

• Strategic role with scope to influence and lead the development of the service.

• Oversee the provision of person-centred care, support, and guidance to promote well-being and independence.

• Develop and manage the service budget, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Monitor expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care.

About You:
We want to hear from you if you hold an NVQ Level 3-5 in Health & Social Care and have experience in any of the following roles:

• Senior Support Worker

• Social Work Assistant

• Social Worker

• Deputy Registered Manager

• Registered Manager
