Registered Manager

Leadership & Management:Lead and manage a team of support staff, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, fostering a positive and inclusive working culture.

Service Delivery:Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure services comply with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC and OFSTED, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain effective relationships with families, local authorities, and other external stakeholders.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a residential service for individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities.

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in autism care.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
