Oversee the day-to-day operations of services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Develop and implement individualised care plans, promoting independence and community integration.
Maintain strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Provide leadership in safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Minimum of 2 years' management experience in adult health and social care, ideally within autism or learning disability services.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in achieving and maintaining 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence
