Job Description - Registered Manager

Registered Manager - Supported Living and Day Services

A well-established, independent care provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Supported Living and Day Services in Worcestershire. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led organisation that has been delivering excellent outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and autism for over 20 years.

Their services are creative, supportive and truly person-centred, making a real difference in the lives of the people they support. With a stable and experienced team already in place, they are now looking for a strong leader to guide the next phase of growth and development.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Take overall responsibility for Supported Living and Day Services, supporting team leaders and managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with commissioners, brokerage teams and social workers

  • Promote the service locally and help shape new support pathways in response to changing commissioning needs

  • Ensure all services meet and exceed CQC and regulatory standards

  • Identify opportunities for service development and improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or similar leadership role) in Supported Living, Residential Care or as an Operations Manager of Day Services

  • A strong commitment to high-quality support for people with learning disabilities and/or autism

  • A relevant qualification such as QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • A confident communicator with experience working closely with commissioners and professionals in social care

  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
