We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a beautiful Children's home. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children by providing high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care within the home, ensuring the care and progress of children are outstanding.
• Manage strategic planning for developments within the home and handle all day-to-day management matters.
• Lead your team and collaborate with other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support, focusing on achieving the best outcomes for each child.
• Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, developing trusting relationships that foster recovery, growth, and lasting change.
• Manage service development, budget, and financial performance of the home.
• Ensure the protection, safeguarding, and promotion of the well-being of children and young people.

• A minimum of 3 years’ UK experience in a similar role.
• Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures, including The Children Act 1989 and Children's Home Regulations.
• Experience in budgets and financial management.
• Fully committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work flexibly and carry out on-call duties.
