Registered Manager – Up to £85,000

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

A leading care provider is seeking an accomplished and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a high-performing residential care home in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the home and staff team
Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality care
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency
Develop a positive and empowering culture for both residents and staff
Build trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered or Home Manager is essential
Sound understanding of CQC regulations, with a history of successful inspections
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding care outcomes
