Registered Manager – £75,000

Location: Manchester

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

This role is ideal for a proven leader with prior experience as a Home Manager who is ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding position, offering the chance to make a genuine impact on the lives of residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong and effective leadership across all aspects of the care home
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure operational efficiency
Foster a positive and supportive working environment for staff development and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager is essential
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a proven track record of successful inspections
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement
