About the Role of Registered Manager:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding care delivery, business growth, and full CQC compliance. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in domiciliary care who is ready for the challenge of building care hours and driving the business forward.

? Key Requirements for the Registered Manager:

Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

Strong business development mindset - confident building relationships and growing hours

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Solid understanding of compliance, CQC regulations and delivering high standards of care

Local to Barnet - ideally able to commute within 10 - 20 minutes

A reliable, hands-on leader who wants to grow with the company
