Job Description - Registered Manager

Registered Manager – Up to £85,000

Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality care service in the Gloucester area.

This role is best suited to a dynamic and proactive leader with prior experience as a Home Manager, looking to join a forward-thinking care provider offering a strong salary package and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear, effective leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service
Uphold and promote the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance
Lead on all aspects of regulatory requirements, ensuring CQC standards are consistently met or exceeded
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources efficiently
Inspire and motivate staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record as a Registered Manager or Home Manager
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
Passionate about delivering excellence in elderly care
