Location - Ilfracombe

Salary - c£50,000pa + Benefits + Bonus

Our Client, a fantastic specialist Residential Care Service in the Ilfracombe area is currently looking for a Registered Manager to continue leading the great work being carried out by the dedicated team there.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Care Home management role, either as a Deputy or Manager and will have a keen eye for detail. They will also have a strong commercial background and a passion to source new revenue streams.

The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the regulated activity ensuring the fundamental standards are maintained to a high standard.

It is also to manage the service within the standards agreed with the Person’s Registered, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with best practices.
