Salary: £52,000 – £58,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Wrexham, Hybrid

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Registered Manager - The role:

You will be the Registered Manager, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and delivering exceptional standards of care. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll also contribute to wider group initiatives and best practice sharing across sites.

Registered Manager – Responsibilities:

- Leading the home’s care and support teams, ensuring a positive working environment

- Overseeing compliance with CIW regulations and internal quality standards

- Building trusted relationships with families, professionals, and local services

- Supporting the growth and development of your team

- Taking part in regional meetings, audits, and shared improvement work

- Promoting a culture of safety, dignity, and resident choice

Registered Manager – You:

- An experienced Registered Manager (or Deputy ready to step up)

- Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care

- Minimum of 2 years team management experience is essential to the role

- Demonstrable understanding of care regulations and frameworks

- A calm, solutions-focused approach to leadership

- Willingness to travel between sites when required
