Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care

Hazel Grove, Stockport

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum + generous performance bonuses

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with 1 in 7 days on-call rotation

Time Recruitment is searching on behalf of a valued established client whois expanding currently opening 2 new homes, and we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead one a 4/5-bed children's home. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-supported and mission-driven organisation where the focus is on outcomes, not red tape.

You will be well supported by a RI, Area Manager, Recruitment Team, HR and longstanding senior RSW's.

What You'll Bring:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working toward it - they'll help you complete it!)
• Minimum 3 years' management experience in a children's residential home
• At least 2 years' experience in under-16s residential care within the last 5 years
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position
  

  (Note: Ofsted regulations mean we are unable to consider those who have progressed to manager roles in other sectors.)
