Registered Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to join the team as this privately owned care provider, that offers a range of services to adults, children and the elderly in Wiltshire and Hampshire. Registered with the Quality Care Commission, their services include personal care, support with daily living activities and companionship. Salary for this role is up to £52,000 (depending on experience) and benefits include 30 days holiday, laptop, pension and flexible working.

As the new Registered Manager, you will pay a key role in leading operations, supporting growth and ensuring the business continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the community. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, managing teams and working closely with the company owner. Your leadership will help shape the future of services and support and promote dignity, independence and quality care for all.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support service leads and teams to deliver top-quality care.

• Oversee operations, HR, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient services.

• Drive business performance, growth and service improvements.

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Support recruitment, staff development and team culture.

• Report on financial and operational performance to the owner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a senior management role (preferably within care or a regulated sector).

• CQC Registered Manager

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent leadership skills.

• Confident in managing change, improving services and leading teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

• Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable).

• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or similar (desirable).
