Registered Care Home Manager
Salary: £35-40K per annum
Full-time, Permanent Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a new domiciliary care branch of a national company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a safe, person-centred environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Lead, support and develop the staff team
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and individual care
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting (preferred)
• NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (Essential)
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills (Essential)
• Passionate about delivering high standards of care (Essential)
