Registered Manager – Elderly Care
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
Location: Hereford

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a high-quality elderly care service. This role is ideally suited to a dedicated professional with a strong track record in delivering exceptional care and operational excellence.
The provider is seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking, and driven manager who is passionate about improving the lives of older people. The successful candidate will take the reins of a well-resourced and reputable care home, with the autonomy to shape and enhance the service while maintaining a warm, person-centred culture.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly care setting
• CQC experience is essential, with a history of maintaining or improving to a Good or Outstanding rating
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a stable and motivated team
• A commitment to best practice, continuous improvement, and resident wellbeing
• RGN qualification preferred but not essential
• Demonstrable longevity in previous roles is highly desirable
