Registered Manager – Large Care Home
Location: Doveridge
Salary: £75,000 per annum
A highly respected care provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead a large, well-established care home based in Doveridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for delivering the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strong leadership and management across the care home.
• Ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered.
• Maintaining compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a large staff team.
• Managing budgets effectively and ensuring the financial sustainability of the home.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a large care home setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proven track record of driving quality improvements and achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
