Role Overview: Registered Manager

Salary: £55,344 per annum + Benefits

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Strelley, Nottingham

Setting: 5-bedded residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Manager role:

- Lead and manage the service with a focus on quality care and operational excellence

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

- Drive commercial development and maintain strong relationships with purchasers/referrers

- Contribute to strategic planning and uphold business objectives

Requirements for the Registered Manager role:

- Valid NMC pin

- At least 5 years' experience as an RNLD or RMN

- Proven leadership in healthcare management

- Deep understanding of mental health and learning disabilities

- Strong commercial and people management skills
