We’re working with a family-led care provider preparing to open a brand-new 3-bed children’s home in Solihull, supporting young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home is fully refurbished, beautifully designed, and ready to open its doors now all it needs is an experienced Registered Manager to bring it to life.

Located in a quiet, low-crime area of Solihull, the home has been thoughtfully created to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing. It features:

You’ll be passionate about delivering therapeutic, child-focused care and have the leadership qualities to inspire your team to do the same. Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
*
Experience managing or supporting children with EBD
*
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
*
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
