Your Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day -to -day operations of our Brighton branch, ensuring that every element of care delivery meets the highest possible standards. You’ll:

• Lead and motivate a compassionate, skilled care team, fostering a supportive and professional working environment.
  

• Recruit, train, and develop staff members to deliver exceptional person -centred care.
  

• Maintain full regulatory and contractual compliance, ensuring continued CQC excellence.
  

• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external partners.
  

• Drive growth and operational success, ensuring that each service user receives safe, consistent, and high -quality support.
