Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Maintain full regulatory compliance, prepare for inspections, and uphold all statutory requirements.
Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff, promoting a positive and professional culture.
Ensure robust care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding measures are in place and regularly reviewed.
Support growth of the service, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning.
Monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements where required.
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
Requirements

Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care (minimum 2 years preferred).
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
