Role: Registered Manager – Specialist Children's Home (New Service)

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £55,000

What will you be doing?

Supporting the development and launch of a new specialist children's home.
Building positive relationships with local professionals, education providers, health services and social care teams.
Helping recruit, develop and support a compassionate, values-led staff team.
Creating a positive culture built on dignity, consistency, patience and aspiration.
Preparing a calm, nurturing home that feels like home, not an institution.
Working closely with the Responsible Individual and Directors throughout the Ofsted registration process and beyond.Experience/qualifications required:

Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism and/or ADHD.
Previous experience within children's residential care.
Strong leadership skills with a child-centred approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving the best outcomes for children.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards, if applicable).Benefits
