An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing, integrated health and social care provider at an important stage of its expansion.
The service currently delivers approximately 5,000 hours of care per week, predominantly across domiciliary care, with a growing complex care offering. This is a key leadership position for someone who is confident managing a busy service and capable of driving performance, quality, and growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the branch, leading the team while maintaining strong regulatory standards and supporting the continued development of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the operational performance of the service
Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred domiciliary and complex care
Maintain strong CQC compliance, governance, and quality standards
Lead, manage, and develop the branch management and care teams
Drive recruitment, retention, and workforce performance
Monitor and improve service hours, revenue, utilisation, and operational KPIs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and key stakeholders
Lead on safeguarding, risk management, incidents, complaints, and service improvement
Identify opportunities to grow the service and expand the complex care offering
Work closely with the wider operational and central teams to deliver business objectives
Maintain a strong focus on both quality outcomes and commercial performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within Domiciliary/Homecare, or Complex Care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Experience managing a high-volume care service or established branch
Demonstrable leadership and people management experience
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational KPIs
Experience driving recruitment, growth, and service improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Resilient, hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage challenging situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organisation
