We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of a domiciliary care branch in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is growing quickly while maintaining a strong operational structure, giving you the support and resources needed to succeed in the role.

About the Role

Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of the branch
Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
Lead, support and develop the care and office teams
Oversee recruitment, retention, training and staff performance
Monitor care delivery, safeguarding, incidents, complaints and quality
Build strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
Monitor branch KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the continued growth of the branch and development of the service
Work closely with senior management within a well-supported operational structure

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care legislation
Proven leadership and people management experience
Good understanding of quality assurance and compliance
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to grow a care service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Level 5 in Leadership & Management would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
